Hi,

I’m a service designer with 7+ yrs of experience practicing service design, cx and strategy, working for both public and private sector organisations. Being trained as an architect and multidisciplinary designer, my expanded practice explores the capacity of design as a system, a process, and as strategy.

My work spans broadly across disciplines, but is underpinned by the same key principles. These are ; to reframe the problem and view it from a systemic lens, to drive the design process with empathetic intentionality for people and planet, to make sure that resolution of all work produced is collaborative.

I’m curious, self-driven and interested in solving complex user and business problems with an inclusive approach. As in any portfolio, my website encapsulates an overview of a few selected projects and will be always be under construction.
